Okay it's a little off topic but  here's some information on the NBG Fest I'm riding toward. If you're in the bay area you ought to come on over and check it out.

Bicycle and music will rule the day on Sunday August 11 at San
Lorenzo Park in downtown Santa Cruz starting at 12 o'clock. Called
the Santa Cruz NBG Fest, this action packed event will welcome a
national relay ride that began in Washington DC on May 3rd.  It will
also shine a spotlight on the National Bicycle Greenway's (NBG)
vision for an interconnected network of safe roads and paths that
cyclists will be able to use to go anywhere in America.

Produced in association with the City of Santa Cruz, two stages will
find seven different bands and speakers even a short bodybuilding
exhibition,  while throughout the park, the best of Santa Cruz will
be on hand for all the word to see. From a bicycle air show to kid
fun jumps and coloring books to antique bikes, clowns,  massage and
great food, something will be on hand for people of all ages and
